Geocache Description:

This cache is on a greenway that used to have some caches, then it didn't, now it does again. A short bushwack off the greenway. As is often the case, the most direct route may not be the wisest. Please rehide it the same way you find it, so those behind you can have the same experience as you did. This area gets wet, the cache was not placed on the ground, please do not leave it there.

A tribute cache for New Orleans, one of the most special cities on earth. I recently visited New Orleans for the second time since Hurricane Katrina. The spirit of the great city is amazing. Many parts of the city are almost back to pre-Katrina form, and you can barely see any change. Other parts of the city will never be the same ever again. On my first visit I went to participate in clean up efforts. This trip was all for fun. While there I attended several Mardi Gras Parades and got swept up in the spirit of it all. Here's some beads and trinkets to share-"Throw me Something Mister"!!
