Geocache Description:

This # 5 of the Kohala Series

...... and was placed here for the purpose of getting you away from the hustle and bustle of Kona and the lower elevation with its traffic problems and heat.

The immediate terrain is a little difficult and I mean 'little', but the view from here is----- well, you'll see.
It can be foggy - wet - or hot and windy. Parking is just perfect as you will have a view of the approach to Kamuela-Waimea, the Harbor of Kawaihae or snow-capped Mauna Kea (in winter)
At times you may be able to splash around in the pools with their cool waters.

Please return and hide it well as this is the third replacement, the others being taken by the 'Graffiti' artists of the bridge.
