Can be accessed from either Smiley Canyon Scenic Drive or Carter P. Johnson Lake [off Soldier Creek Rd.] parking areas.
This is just over a 2.25 mile round trip, with a very scenic
view from the top. If you come in from the south to find the cache, then be sure to walk a short distance to the next level for a better view of the lake and another outcropping of buttes.
