This is a 4/1 difficulty in a park with easy access and parking. Cache is a micro and is smaller than a 35mm film container. Of course you will need something to write with.
Sometimes you just have to go somewhere and think. Somewhere that allows you to sit down to ponder deep thoughts and the mysteries of life. This is just such a place. So if you are granted access to the inner-sanctum then sit down, record your thoughts, and post them here. One thing you will need to think about is your cover story. There is not a playground near to here and the cover of darkness will not help since there are two outside lights on all the time. So muggles can see YOU but you can’t see them. The cache is hidden where you can be seen from multiple directions and is quite open. The area is closed from 11 pm to 6 am. It is another home made project so I think you will enjoy it.
PLEASE BE GENTLE WITH THE SITE. NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED. USE MORE BRAIN AND LESS MUSCLE. YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PRY, USE EXTREME FORCE OR LIFT ANYTHING. THE CACHE IS IN PLAIN SIGHT, NOT IN A HOLE OR COVERED. YOU ONLY NEED TO USE YOUR FINGERS AND YOUR HEAD! (hopefully you brought both)
