At these coordinates is an object with two years marked on it. Use the earlier year:

These are the coordinates of the cache, which is a small waterproof container. As of the 2023 refresh, the cache is empty except for the log. Note: the clue at the last waypoint is near the ground and may have moved slightly since its original placement.
