THE ISLAND OF DR MORE-ROE

Fresh from exile after being banned soon after original release, Dr More-Roe takes a watchful eye over the newest section of Roe Highway.

It is not as dramatic as that with this cache - though the continuance of Roe Highway through the Bibra Lake Wetlands would spell disaster for many turtles, migrating birds, Quendas and other animal species.

The cache is located at the highest point of this section of the final stage of the Roe Highway.

The cache is a metre long piece of stormwater pipe. It contains a logbook and 1.5m wide laminated aerial view of one of the earlier sections of the Roe Highway.

Parking is available on the old Hope Rd. We suggest you approach the cache by following the low fence along the embankment.
