Easy hike in a woodsy area- look for the old jeep road to park near.
This cache is placed in a beautiful spot that has recently been turned into a nature preserve. In the summer there's a great swimming hole and you can enoy the lovely stream and rocky hillsides any time of the year. Lots of great places for a picnic or just exploring. Watch the kids if you go in or around the water- the rocks are VERY slippery. This cache was originally filled with more than twenty balls, of different types and sizes- from pet toys to squish balls. First to Find can (if they wish) have the honor of taking the "cracker balls" the cache was named for. Bang them together to get a nice cap gun pop and sparks. We would like to keep the trade items to different types of balls, but other trades are welcome. You are looking for a large, 50 cal. ammo box. Please, please recover the cache as good or better than you found it. The hints are spoilers.
