A fairly easy cache in Etobicoke that will often have hundreds, or even thousands of muggles very close by.
This should be a 1.5 difficulty cache, but with the above-mentioned hordes of muggles, some rushing by, and some just hanging around, it will require great stealth at almost any time. At busy times, bored muggles will almost certainly be watching and wondering what the heck the strange people with the funny devices are doing. Oh, and one more level of complexity: the numerous hydro lines overhead. I took seven or eight readings and got wildly differing numbers. I've tried to average the best co-ordinates.
There is no (free) legal parking at any time, but if you're fast, and it's not busy, you could take advantage of the "temporary zone" (which provided the cache with its name). I have seen times, though, when you can't even drive on this street due to the volume of traffic, let alone get a parking spot! The TTC is a very attractive alternative here.
No doubt, brazen, top-notch cachers will find this one extremely easy! Otherwise, try not to look too suspicious in your quest. As usual, this office will deny any involvement in your mission. Bring your own writing implement, and good hunting!
NOTE: Do NOT go onto train tracks or railway property while searching for this cache. This area is adjacent to a very busy 3-track line, and is close to the industrial shunting area south of Bloor. You will most likely be arrested quickly if you trespass on any of the tracks in this sensitive area. "Train time is anytime".
