Nature Mommy: Well, I still haven't gotten around to collecting my temporary caches, and probably won't for a long time. But I suppose it's time to archive this anyway, since the event is long over now.
Look for more events like this one -- both here and at Grassy Waters Preserve -- next winter when the weather is cool again. It should be interesting to compare this place at the end of the wet season vs the end of the dry season.
