Located in a lovely county park. The park is boat, bicycle, and car accessible. The park is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. Each car will be assessed a $4 day-use fee, but you can park just outside of the gates and walk in. There is no boat ramp for boats; just park on the beach.
I love this park. Great spots to play and climb. The cache falls within the "climb" category. You will not need any specialized climbing equipment, just some good boots or tennis shoes. The cache itself is not wheelchair-friendly. Kiddos and pets need adult supervision for this cache.
You are looking for a round cookie tin. Enjoy the view while you are grabbing the cache. Excellent bird watching up here!
