Geocache Description:

No need to dive - the coordinates are bogus, there is no cache in the lake.

"Good to see you Watson! I was about to call you as I wanted to show you this letter I have just received - it seems our norwegian colleagues are having some trouble."

MY DEAR MR. HOLMES:

I should be very glad of your immediate assistance in a case we have been struggling with lately. It is something quite in your line. We have been chasing this gang for some time now, and disclosed their secret hiding place a while ago. Unfortunately the operation was partly a failure as they somehow found out we are onto them and quickly relocated their activity to some other area yet unknown to us.
Recently we have managed to intercept some of the communication between two of the gang members. We believe the message contains coordinates to a location which may be the new meeting place or some hidden box where they exchange information and other things. We have not been able to investigate it any closer as the message is encrypted and we did not manage to break the encryption yet. We hope that with the help of your expertise we can clear up this case promptly.
And now the message:
WVQWJGTDRXAGIQNCGJIPQFQIZGKPRKBDEH
PZGDCGFQCWJGWVQMQCGSOMLWVCQQYGUWVC
QQWVQWJGTDRXAMQCGNCGJIWJGZGKPRKBDE
HPZGDCGFQCZRFQWVQPQFQISOMLWVCQQYGU
The kid who delivered the message was mumbling something in a strange language, we tried to take note of some of words he said: "cipőfűző", "K-három", "pogácsa", "mosogatórongy", "rozsomák", "számrendszer", "kisvártatva", "kulcs". We have no idea if this could be of any help.
Yours faithfully,
Insp. Johansen.

"What a coincidence." said Watson. "I've just been reading about substitution ciphers. I wonder if this is something similar."
"You are on to something, Watson. Judging from the disrtibution of letters it might just be as simple as that."
After a couple of minutes, Holmes had written a few lines of text on the sheet.
"Look at this, Watson. Obviously, some of it is junk. But the rest could well be the information we are looking for. The question is, how to use it."
"If only we had a key to this data. But wait, we may already have one indeed!" said Watson, and started rearranging the letters.
"Well done, " said Holmes when Watson finally finished "now we only need your arbitrary precision calculator, and we can send the good news to our dear friend Johansen."
