Geocache Description:

You are looking for a camo Decon Can. It is large enough to hold small trade items. There is a log book in the container & pencils.

This cache is located near the San Antonio Business and Development Center. There is a marker nearby describing the early years construction of an open earth water distribution system that begain in the early 1760's to distribute fresh drinking water, from San Pedro Creek, to rural spanish families and Missions settled in San Antonio.

In 1852 the City of San Antonio sarted lining the earth- berm canals with stone. These canals are still in operation today.

Take a few minutes at this location to read the rest of the history, marvel at the nearby "old construction" buildings, and nearby industrial areas.

Happy Hunting!
