Geocache Description:

I decided to add a 3rd cache to the Hawkins Pond area and my 3rd cache to the Windsor area. This one is named after the fishing spider since it has a great view of Hawkins Pond. I recommend parking at the Saxby Rd. overlook parking area (N42 00.717 W075 38.876), but you might need a 4WD vehicle to get there if it is muddy. Saxby Rd. is an unmarked left turn off Scouten Hill. Rd, where it makes a sharp right turn. The alternative is to park where the Hawk Ridge trail begins. See red highlighted areas I made on the map. The walking distance from each parking spot and the cache is not that different, but the view from the Saxby Rd. overlook is really nice!!

The cache is a large plastic container with a screw-on lid and is filled with some of my favorite goodies, including butterfly things. There is a First to Find geobutton for the FTF and a spider geobutton for the 3rd to find (because 3+3+3=9). The only time this would be difficult to find is if there is very deep snow. Please re-hide the cache as well as you found it or better.
Enjoy!
