You have two choices here, either pull way off the road at an angle for a quick snatch and go or park in the post office just west of cache and then play frogger to get across and back without getting splatted!
This is a micro, a match container hidden like most in this situation. I pass this cache area almost everyday and it was calling to me to place a cache here. Cache contains log only so you need to bring a pen to sign it. If you came from the post office it's on the opposite side from the post office. Good luck and happy caching!
