This cache is hidden in the woods off a trail just outside the Riverview area. Not really hard terrain but can be a bit muddy at certain times of the year, so make sure to have proper foot wear.
This cache is a very large rubbermaid container with various cache trading items. It is another Think Pink cache just in time for Easter. Trade only Pink items please and if you can put Easter items in or Pink panther items that would be good.
Now to get your starting coordinate you will need to do a little research first or just ask someone who knows the correct answer......LOL.
North Coordinate Question and Formula
You will need to find out who the Maskot is on Pink insulation that is made by Owens Corning. ( Who is the maskot on the bag ?)
N 46.01.ABC
A= # of letters in Maskots first name?
B= # of letters in Maskots Second name minus 3 ?
C= How many letter E's in the Mascots first and second name combined.?
West Coordinate Question and Formula
Find out who played the Inspector Cluso in the original Pink panther movie?
W 064.52.DEF
D= How many letter T's in the first and last name combined?
E= # of letters in the first name?
F= How many L's in second name added to the amount of E's in the second name plus one (1).
Checksums are:
N = 9 W =11
This will give you your first coordinate that will lead you to your first step of this multi-step puzzle cache.
Your first coordinate will take you to a pink egg, inside that egg you will find a coordinate for a second egg.
Then you go find your second egg, and you will have another coordinate, that leads you to your Third egg. Then this third egg will lead you to your fourth and final egg.
From this egg. You will need to turn off your GPS. But at this point it would be wise to mark your position of where you are and name it something you will remember because here you are going off the well known trail into the woods. I would do this just to make sure you can get out and back to your car without confusion.
Now follow Pink Trail Marker tape marked with geocaching.com on it through the woods. Count your marking tape on way in. When you reach the Fifth one, face the tree and look to your right and you will see one more trail marking tape tied to an old broken stump. Head towards this until you come to a large rounded stump with a easter bunny face on it.
Once you are at this large stump you will need to then look just behind it and surprise,!!!!! There is your think Pink again at Easter cache. It is a large Bright pink Rubbermaid container.
I hope the Easter bunny has done a good job on guarding his cache.
First to find gift is a FTF certificate and a set of Double size sheets for your bed. I think the lady cachers may like these.
