Had to put a cache here to match Cachin' Up. Terrain is a little steep depending on how you go in.
During the winter this rest area is closed due to truckers having difficulty getting started back up the hill out of the rest area. Usuall closed in November and reopened in March to April. Sorry!!
Cache is a small camoflaged jar hidden about 200' from the parking area. It is large enough for a log book and small items. Sorry the swag is so meager. Wanted to get this placed and was out of really good stuff.
Should be easy to find. Another good place to stretch your legs if you've been on the road a while.
