Geocache Description:


I have done a couple of caches in Watershed park (GCRDRC & GCTP48) and thought "What a neat park" I have been reading a book about the history of Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater in it the importance of this park to the early growth of this area is explained. Walking on the trail you can see parts of the old water pumping equipment. The large trees with moss hanging off of them makes this park just that much more enjoyable. I checked and found that there is plenty of room here for another cache. The coords above will get you to the 1st way point, which is on a secondary trail just off of the main trail. The first way point is a camo egg about a foot from the secondary trail. From there it is only a short walk to the final way point. After you find the cache continue on the trail and enjoy your "Walk in the park"
