Click To Rate This Cache Flower Hospital (FH), a member of ProMedica Health System, is a 279-bed facility located in Sylvania, Ohio. FH’s 1,500 employees are dedicated to a full spectrum of health care, providing comfort and care to generations of patients and their families. FH’s campus includes the hospital, including a Level III Trauma Center; the region’s leading oncology services; and several senior and assisted-living facilities offered through ProMedica Continuing Care Services.Nearly 100 years ago, Ellen Flower, the beloved wife of Stevens Warren Flower, passed away. In her memory, Flower willed $20,000 to build a hospital in the downtown Toledo community where he lived. In 1910, the first building of FH was opened on Collingwood Boulevard and Cherry Street in Toledo. In 1975, FH moved to its current location on Harroun Road in Sylvania. The 28 beds of the original hospital have since grown tenfold into one of the area’s leading health care facilities. Throughout the decades, FH has always been committed to providing outstanding patient care. Stevens Warren Flower’s legacy of caring and community lives on today at FH, where patients have a place to turn for high-quality care delivered with compassion, trust and understanding. This is where Mrs.JIMBOBWE (JODI)works and i have to give her credit for pulling some strings to get my caches placed here. So next time you see her please give her a BIG pat on the back.This is truly an Excellent Hospital.I'd have to say the BEST in the TOLEDO area!!!! Cache is stocked with TravelBugs and Geo-coins.A couple of micro's for the taking.Also a log book,a pen and some of my sig cards.
