Geocache Description:

Located in the wooded area between Green Commons Drive and Vanadium Rd. (The old Kane Field) It is best not to take a direct route straight over the hill. I suggest taking one of the deer paths in from up above, once through the underbrush it is wide open.

The Bower Hill Fire Dept. cache is a two gallon plastic pretzel container. The original contents included a wooden firetruck, flashlight, Bower Hill VFD ruler, Hotwheels firetrucks, BHVFD brochures, fire safety coloring books and stickers. There are No Parkings signs on the field side of the street only. You can park anywhere along Green Commons Drive opposite the field.This area is know as the old Kane Field. You will see there are many deer trails that may lead to the cache; depending which one you pick you may need to bushwack a little. There is plenty of open space for kids to run around and play.

PS. Remember "Smoke detectors save lives." Please replace your smoke detector batteries when you change you clocks in the Spring and Fall.
