Art in the Desert #1 Traditional Cache
TD Lover: Sadly, I have to archive my first ever cache. The work on the 303 between Bell and Grand has partially claimed it. My geobuddy risked his VW to get us within 290 feet of the cache so I could recover some of it.
It will arise again in a week or so

Cache is not easily reached by handicaped persons. There are two (2) small gullies to cross. Kids are okay if you let them out the passenger side of the car.
We have just noticed that the log seems to be missing. Before you go to this cache, would you take along a piece of paper and when we get there in a few weeks we will replace your paper with a real log. Thanks.
Original contents include 2 globe keychains, 2 keychains, 1 arizona keychain, olay complete sample, tape measure, pink dino, pens, jar removers, and 5 sacajewa dollars for FTF
And of course a travel bug.
Revisited my cache on 10/16. Nice to see that it was in good shape, and lots of good stuff in it. Replaced the temp log (thanks) and refilled with more goodies.
Did the swap of the old cache for a nice new one. How disappointing to see that the cache that I filled with good stuff has degenerated to one filled with golf tees and marbles. Remember kids, you are supposed to leave something of equal value if you take something.
Okay, off the soap box.
