FAPJ, is the ICAO designation for the Port St Johns Airport. One that is almost famous with all pilots who have landed here.
FAPJ is located at around 1200" above sea level with a sheer drop on the east side, that almost goes right down to sea level. If you have never been there you have not seen the world. Its a great airport that apparently was built to enable a C130 to take off and land for the homelands air force. Since then the airport has been decommissioned and there are no scheduled flights, although one or two planed land at least every week. Probably the only place that you will get to drive on a runway. The area is also used for filming. At the time of laying the cache, a film crew was there filming a film called "Black Diamond"
