At the VE9TOW Amateur Radio Repeater tower.
This tower site is used for commercial radio as well as our local Amateur radio repeater, VE9TOW. VE9TOW is owned and operated by the Carleton County Amateur Radio Club. The Frequency is 147.180+ The tower elevation is approx 540'
It is a difficult scrabble up this road with a car, although I have made it before it is hard on riggin! It is likely best to park by the water tower and walk up if you don't have 4 wheel drive. ***UPDATE*** The road is in good shape now as there is some construction taking place up there. Passible by car, I was up recently.
