High Waters
This is a 3-part multi. The above coordinates will take you to a very scenic place in the Town of Sutton. Sutton is rich with history and this cache is meant to show you some of it.
When you arrive at the listed coordinates, I think you will enjoy the view. But peel your eyes away long enough to notice the building you are standing near. Note the 4 digit year that appears on the building. You may want to stay here for awhile to check out the historic buildings and grounds. It's a work in progress, so you may want to come back again.
Get in your cachemobile and go to the following coordinates:

You won't have to get out of your car at this location. Count the number of windows on the front of the house and multiply by 10. With the information you now have from both locations, calculate the final coordinates by adding the first year to the North coordinates below by writing the year as x.xxx and add the number of windows times 10 to the West coordinates below as 0.0YY

There is an obvious trailhead on this road with ample parking. The cache is in an ammo box. It is located about 70 feet off of the trail. Enjoy!
