At sea level, on the river side of the dyke.
Grant Narrows - the entrance to Pitt Lake (it's tidal) and the start of many great walks, hiking trails and canoeing trips. Great place for birdwatching too! Plenty of wapato in the area - look it up if you don't know what it is. Park in the lot, walk up onto the dyke immediately adjacent. Very nice place on sunny days, not so nice in rain and wind.
