Geocache Description:

This cache is located along the McCandless-Hampton border on Sample Road. There is an entrance along the road that leads into the woods. The trails runs along a sometimes steep ridge that overlooks a small creek. On the other side of the trail is an old Civil War cemetary.

This was the first cache created by Potter and Pals. The cache is a traditional one and is contained in a 39oz. coffee tin. It contains the usual, a log book in a waterproof bag, a pen, and the treasure of course! Sign the log book every time you visit, even if you don't give or take anything. One of the Jim Herr's relatives is barried here in the cemetary(the guy from Herrs potato chips). Just don't be disruptive! This cache is very close to a muggle residential area. Have fun and enjoy!
