This cache is located at the top of Tortugas Mountain. The gate on the road to the top of the mountain is normally closed. So most likely you will have to go to the top by hiking, running, or biking. You can use one of the many trails or the road. I made the difficulty rating a 3.5 because depending on your physical fitness level and your route it can be a 3.5, but if you are in relatively good shape this should be around a 2 or 3. Be sure to take water with you and have fun.
This is a small cache. The container is a brown Geocaching Rock. It has the Geocaching logo on it. It should be pretty easy to find, but keep an eye open because this area can be covered with muggles at certain times of the day. Make sure that you bring a pen with you. There is some room for small trading here. Most of all, if you find the cache or not, enjoy the view and the area while you are up there.
CAUTION- Snakes are commonly seen in this area. I ran in to 2 of them the last time I went up there
