However if you go to the posted coordinates you should be able to find a clue, And you should pass the posted coordinates on your way to the actual cache.
This puzzle should be fairly easy, Easier for Country fans.
You are looking for the name a of a well known country singer (The name he is known by) to get the proper coordinates. The only other hints will be at the posted coordinates, there are signs of this singer in the building, I'm sure the employees know who this person is, and this building has been used in the singer's videos....
So here's what you need to do:
