Geocache Description:

Great View of Lunenburg overlooking both the front and back harbours. Location of an original "blockhouse".

Can you find your name here? Founders of Lunenburg monument and Montbeliard monuments are located at N44 22.665 W 064 18.260. These monuments are dedicated to the founding families of Lunenburg and for the most part Nova Scotia and the Maritimes. This is a great place to take in the past to view the future. The cache is a small loc & loc containing when hid: Power Band, Bluenose pin, Lunenburg keychain, geocaching magnet, 10 yen, 2 glass magnets, FTF prize & log book. Cache can be tricky to remove from its location so take care. Please return as you found it or better. The container is now abit smaller then the original one so bring a writing stick with you.
