Geocache Description:

The coordinates above are not for the cache.
This puzzle will give you some experience with an interesting aspect of cryptography.

While I was looking over the webpage of a cache hidden by one of the LaGuerre cats, my Australian Shepherd, Mabel, looked on.

"These caches are pretty good," I remarked.

"A geocache hidden by a cat?!? Come on! That's just crazy," sniffed Mabel, "I'd rather chase my tail."
Mabel doesn't really talk, but I can tell what she's thinking. She's very expressive.

"If you're looking for a good puzzle cache, you have to go to the source, dogs." Mabel advised.

"Really?" I inquired, "You think you could design a challenging puzzle cache?"

"The best! With pictures and hidden ciphers and everything," she proclaimed, "and it won't be 'easy as pie'."

"Oooh, you mean, like 'steganography' (the art of ciphers hidden in images) and 'least significant bits'?" I asked.

Mabel got very excited. I think she thought I said "steak-and-egg-graphy", which is the art of the cholesterol laden breakfast. With that, she trotted off into the kitchen to look in her bowl for significant bits.
