We are holding the event in Smith Pond Park in Delhi, NY and possibly moving from there to Americorp Park down the road about 2 miles. The event will be held on National CITO day, April 22 and start at 12 noon.
We will be providing trash bags, unfortunatley that is all we have to provide. Ihave been informed that there is no need for anything else really other than your own gloves and hiking boots. There is a good chance that the parks will still be pretty muddy.
Hope to meet new people and see the few again that I have met before. I know the area is out in the middle of nowhere but I assure you the trip should be worth it with the mountains (low, but mountains still or atleast oversized hills) around.
There are a few caches in the area with more to come including one I came up with just recently while in class one day. More on that when it gets posted.
