This multi-stage cache is located in the scenic Loantake Brook Reservation. This Morris County Park got its name from the Native American Lenni-Lenape Tribe. Loantake means "the place of the cold winter" which refers to the Great Swamp and surrounding area.
This cache is named after the our fellow NNJC cacher "Treequest", who has some of the best hides in New Jersey.
The park offers 5 miles of multi-use paved trails streatching through the Townships of Morris, Harding and Chatham. Parking is available on Loantake Way.
Sometimes there may be some GPS bounce at the hide locations, so you may have to expand your search. I have marked these location with both Magellan and Garmin GPS's. so the numbers are good, but bounce sometimes occurs in these woodlands.
