De stichting Edwina van Heek heeft aangegeven geen geocachers in haar parken te wensen. Hoewel het park is opengesteld voor wandelaars wil de stichting het liefst dat er geen wandelaars in het park komen vanwege de volgens haar kwetsbare natuur.
Daarmee houdt de cache zonnebeek na drie jaar en vele enthousiaste natuurgenieters op te bestaan.
