[b][:D] Special Thanks to our Grill Masters...OBJets & BurgiDad [:D]...if it weren't for them, we wouldn't have had great burgers and dogs!

Also another special Thanks goes out to Cache&Keri for supplying the animal that was cooked!

And of course it wouldn't have been an event with out [:)] YOU! [:)] Thank You for showing up and making our event so huge and fun! We finally got to meet alot of the new cachers in the area and also catch up with all our old friends! It was a BLAST![/b]

UPDATE AS OF 5/03/06

Pavilion #1...

by the Front lake...

This event will be held at the above coordinates at Wickam Park. All geocachers young and old, beginner or experienced are welcome. This is a social gathering to meet and Welcome all the new cachers in the area. Wickham Park has just finished beautifying the pavilions, and the surrounding areas so there will be plenty of fun for all. We will also have a table set up for a travel bug swap. Bring all those travel bugs that have a goal and most likely someone will be able to help it out. It would be helpful if you could bring a printout of the travel bug's goal with the travel bug so we can direct them in the right direction. Wickham Park is a wonderful park with plenty to do. Overnight camping is available at Wickham Park if you are coming from out of town or just want to stay in the outdoors. Wickham Park has lots to offer including a pond to swim in, lots of trails to roam on, and plenty of caches in the nearby areas...

Keeping in the tradition of other caching events, I am sure there will be plenty of Pocket Caches...in which you will have to walk up to fellow cachers and ask them "Is that a cache in your Pocket or are You just Happy to see Me?...this is a Great way to walk up to other cachers and have an Ice Breaker Moment and a Good Laugh!!

Camping at Wickham Park is NOW OPEN!!!! MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW!!!..

Make sure you bring your signature TRADE ITEM...we will be stocking the EVENT cache and hiding it!!

Since this event has grown, Cache&Keri has graciously offered to cook some sort of animal while we are there...he is supplying the meat and condiments and we would like to ask everyone else to bring a side dish like chips, coleslaw or deserts...Thanks and see ya soon!!!

This event has grown past our expectations and pavilion, so please bring a few lawn chairs for you to sit on and a cooler full of cold drinks!

We have now out grown our small pavilion so I have arranged to have the bigger pavilion at the front of the park...Pavilion #1, on the East side...
