in our disclaimer.
Leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma are cancers of blood cells. There
are over 100,000 new cases of blood cancers per year in the US.
Over 500,000 afflicted Americans are currently under treatment, in
remission or cured. Thanks to research supported by the government
and voluntary health societies, new therapies for the diseases are
being introduced with some remarkable results. For example
childhood acute lymphocytic leukemia and Hodgkin's leukemia have
estimated cure rates of 80%.
The coordinates in the listing are NOT the waypoint for the
cache but are suggested parking. When you reach the parking area
you will see a field directly in front of you. Count the number of
rows ("XX") AND the number of "objects" ("YY") that SHOULD be in
each row. To find the correct CO's, add either XX OR YY to each of
these coordinates: N 40 49.846 and W 72 54.739. (e.g., 49.846 +
.0XX or 49.486 + .0YY). Only one set of calculated coordinates will
be correct; it will be obvious which one is correct when you get
there.
The cache is a clear lock n lock containing a log book and swag.
Make sure you jot down the partial CO's to PCD-21: Leukemia Awareness #5. They are
located in the front of the log book and are labeled "AA".
