Starting where the Connetquot River meets the Great South Bay... Blackbuck, Waterspyder and I walked 13 miles to where it all began. For everyone else, it's your lucky day. I'll give you the coords so you don't have to walk so far to see the spot where the Connetquot River begins. And there's a cache there too! Just a hop skip and a jump from the LI Greenbelt trail.
This is a lock-n-lock hidden in a traditional manner. A convenient trailhead is located at Johnson Ave, across the street from the Lakeland County Park lot.
