This cache is in the location that I asked my wife to marry me 9 years ago. Hense the name "Proposal" cache. It's fairly easy to get to with a little stream crossing action depending upon your direction of travel. Please stay on the East side of the fence closest to the highway. Bring a bag and a knife if you like watercress. The contents are military oriented such as patches, manuals, small books, insignia, pins, and any other cool military stuff you want to exchange. I have been notified that the coordinates given are off a little. This cache is located on the East side of the fence very near the head of the spring. I will update the coordinates ASAP.
