Geocache Description:


What: Wildcat Mountain Meet, Learn & Cache
Where: Wildcat Mountain State Park – Check in at the Nature Center
When: April 22, 2006 from 8-4

A chance for geocachers of all levels to get together in western Wisconsin. Spend the day or even a few hours exploring this beautiful park.

If you are a beginner, we will have people on hand to show you the ropes. If you are a seasoned cacher come share your wisdom with others. Meet other cachers from the area for a fun day of visiting and caching.

In addition to the temporary caches that will be placed for the event there is also a series of regular caches in the park. Lunch will be provided. Door prizes will be available (you must be present to win)

If you are planning on attending please log a “Will Attend” and let us know how many people will be with so that we can plan accordingly.

This event is being held with the permission of Park Manager - Ron Campbell

Some things to remember:
You will need a vehicle admission sticker to park within the park. (The stickers are available at the park office which is right next to the nature center)
Bicycles are not allowed on any trails within the park.
Dogs are allowed on a leash in designated areas.
Be sure to dress for the weather
