The path to this cache runs along the banks of a local billabong. The walking track is fairly uneven and sandy with lots of logs and things to step over but it's not too long. You'll need to have a little read at the start coordinates to find the final waypoint.
This is an excellent cache for bird lovers. There are heaps of water birds along this nature walk which, as you will see, also features a number of Aboriginal heritage points of interest. Late afternoon would be a great time for a quiet stroll along the banks of this billabong to see the birds and other wildlife native to the area.
There are a number of information / species identification boards along the path. There is also a viewing platform and a bird hide equipped with seats along the way.
You will have to have a quick read of the information board at the start coordinates to work out the position of the cache which is located here:

A = Site Number for the Koori Shell Midden
B = Site Number for the Black Box Community
X = Site Number for the Aquatic Vegetation Site
Y = Site Number for the Koori Scar Tree + Site Number for the Red Gum Community.
I recommend doing the whole walk... don't just shoot off to the cache and head off again cause this is quite a special place.
