Geocache Description:

There are various paths to reach the cache. The easiest route is a hike up the southeastern side of the hill on a paved track.
To get to the start, drive to Auasblick via Robert Mugabe Ave and take the turnoff at S22 degrees 35.315' E017 degrees 05.873'. Drive past the State buildings on the right hand side. Continue until you reach the end of the tar road in a cul de sac. The hike is generally tiring, depending on fitness, due to the steep ascent and take +- 40 minutes.

The cache was placed on a cool day in Windhoek with the field as green as it gets with all the recent rains. The cache is dedicated to my friend Mico from Stellenbosch who is celebrating his birthday. The cache gives you a panoramic view of Windhoek and surroundings. Probably the best view you will ever have of Windhoek without an airplane.
The cache consists of a 2 liter white ice cream container. Original contents in a zip lock bag: Read me, logbook, pencil, Water pistol, toy figure, gecko card, 2 marbles, The Newly Weds TB.
*The GPS signal goes haywire at the cache and you might need to use the hint.*
