This is a roadside micro in about the only place that the general public can catch a view of the lake.
St. Andrew’s Lake is completely surrounded by private property and is very hard to see. As such, it is little known and doesn’t even show on most maps. This cache is placed in about the only spot that is on public land with any sort of view of the lake. Don’t venture past the cache as you will end up off the public access and in a non-public areas. Besides, it’s very marshy just past the cache.
Remember to bring your own writing implement.
