Geocache Description:

WARNING: There have been bears seen in the area of the cache, so please take precautions if you are going out to find it.

A short walk along the powerline trail at the base of Burke Mountain, originally called Dollarton Mountain. You will start at one very large rock and end near another.

As a teenager, I used to ride my bike by here everyday to deliver the Vancouver Sun. The road leading up to the parking area was one of the steepest hills on my route.

There is parking on the street near the parking coordinate (N 49° 17.360 W 122° 45.010), which is where you should start your walk. The trailhead coordinate (N 49° 17.404 W 122° 45.127) is where you should leave the powerline trail and head into the forest.
