THIS CACHE IS A BROWN CLICK-CLAK LID, WATERPROOF BOX. IT IS UNLIKELY TO BE WET INSIDE, AND CONTAINS A LOG BOOK PLUS TRADE ITEMS.
IF YOU FIND SOMETHING ELSE, IT IS NOT THIS CACHE.
PLEASE DO NOT LOG YOU FOUND A CACHE WITH NO LOG BOOK, OR VERY WET INSIDE, UNLESS IT FITS THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION – JUST READ THE VERY DETAILED INFORMATION BELOW IN THIS CACHE LISTING, AND KEEP SEARCHING UNTIL YOU FIND THE REAL THING.
The area can be well muggle infested on fine days, so you will need to be a little cunning with your search and replacement. The placement is intentionally away from the statue so you can search without too much tourist attention, but within the carrot themed area.
This cache goes missing often. It is important it is hidden well out of sight, and at the correct listed location so following cachers do not get spotted with a longer search than necessary.
As a free hint…. Walk along the concrete path away from the play area, towards the waypoint. When the path changes to a wooden boardwalk, you are standing straight above the cache.
Get low, and reach as far as you can from the left (away from the stream) side, and pull out the box FROM BEHIND THE WOODEN BEAM. Please return it in that spot, not anywhere else, and not in view of a passing muggle.
It is not in or under a flaxbush, or a tree or any other plant.
This cache, (like most of Radionut50’s hides) is NOT meant to be hard to find – so logs saying ‘easy find’ are pretty meaningless.
The reason for this hide is to introduce you to this unique site in our country, so logs commenting on your experience are very welcome. You are also invited to crack the hint as you arrive, to reduce the chance of a prolonged search compromising the hide in this very public place.
