The cords might be slightly off because of tree cover but the title and the other caches in this seris should be a hint as to what you are looking for.
You can park within 6 feet of the cache container itself. The difficulty is a 2 because of the many muggles that you will find right around the cache area! Please replace the cache as good or even better then you found it. And Remember, its not easy being green (especially in SoCal)!
