This cache is a micro placed at the Billy Tolar boat landing on US378 in Richland county.
The landing is located between the east and west bound lanes and is below the level of the highway. The cache is located in a wooded area off one side of the parking lot. It is not close to the landing, dock or any official signs. The cache is at least 150ft beyond the highway bridge so there is no need to search around it.
The container is very small so bring your own pen. The easiest way to retrieve the cache is to disassemble it, it will be obvious how when you see it. You may also need tweezers to retrieve the log. My gps does not like wooded areas but I was able to get it within 10ft of the cache. The hint I gave may become more obvious after you find the cache.
