A REAL Travel Bug Hotel, Resort, Spa, and Casino….. has several attributes:
1. Easy access off of a major highway, by travelers moving in either direction.
2. Quick Grab-and-Go. The container should be a short walk from parking.
3. Large container for a lot of TB’s, or a few larger ones.
4. Generally there are no trading items -- just Travel Bugs!
5. Enough privacy so the cache doesn’t get Muggled. (We hope)
This cache is located at the “Fairfield Rest Stop”, between Exits 22 and 21 on Route 95 Southbound. Good place to stop and eat, or gas up. The cache is a 50-caliber ammo box less than 250 feet from the southbound car parking. When you find the cache, move over behind the pine tree to examine your find. Watch for muggles on the entrance ramp and the road/houses behind the cache. FTF gets an FM Radio!
PLEASE leave one or two TB's in the cache, unless they've been there awhile! Also please do not leave trading items in this cache -- just Travel Bugs! Thanks!
IF YOU ARE NORTHBOUND, do this loop:
1. get off at Exit 22, Round Hill Road --- stay hard right on the exit ramp & go behind the rest stop, down the ramp to a stop sign.
2. Turn LEFT on Round Hill Road, going under 95.
3. Turn LEFT onto the 95 South entrance ramp.
4. STOP – and pull over just after the FIRST telephone pole. Set your blinkers and grab the cache.
5. Get onto 95 South, and after ¼ mile get off at exit 21, Mill Plain Rd.
6. Go LEFT at the stop sign, then LEFT again onto 95 North.
