Geocache Description:

Cache container is now an ammo box

Saltwells Local Nature Reserve lies in the heart of the West Midlands. At 100 hectares it is one of the largest urban reserves in the country and is an area of real countryside surrounded by housing estates, industrial parks and a large shopping centre. The site is owned by the Local Authority.
The cache is hidden close by the Murray Grey Trail on Netherton Hill so keep your eyes open for the Murray Greys that graze in this area. They are docile and happy around people and dogs. Watch out for the cow-pats too! At the time of placing the cache they were not there, apparently they are on holiday but are due to return soon. There are some lovely views from here. There are 2 caches, 1 in Netherton Dudley where Bob lives and the other in Hindley Wigan where Lolly lives. The caches are so called because we are always going BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS to Netherton, Dudley and FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS to Hindley, Wigan. I wonder if anyone finds both of them? Please take care to rehide this cache so it does not get muggled.
