Located in a coastal town over looking the ocean.

I have spent plenty of time in this town and area over the years. seen it from really quiet to the other extreme when you can't even move in town mainly Christmas and Easter time.
Bring the kids plenty of room for them. Beware the muggle as they can be very very thick at time here.
