This cache is lacated at the western end of the Panhandle Trail.
The Panhandle Trail is open from dawn to dusk. It is a well groomed level trail that used to be a rail line. There will be a fairly long hike with a picnik table near the cache. Dogs are allowed, but they must be on a leash. Recomended parking is at N 40 23.640 W 080 34.114. Please do not try to park on the 4-lane highway and bushwack as there is a barbed wire fence that would need to be crossed. (And I think it would be illegal anyway.)
