Geocache Description:

Bond Lake is in a small piece of Forest Service land just west of hiway 95, just north of Mc Carthur. easy family access. Take Rd #2765 from the paved Highland Flats road into this recently (a few years)logged area about a mile or less to find Bond lake and this cache.


An ammo can(small) is tucked under a pine that has rotted off and fell from it's stump a short(16 paces)south from a lone pine on a low knob behind(southWest) of the lake. There is hot wheels for the boys and playdoo and trinkets for any kid and some coins and chips and other bobbles. and a small pair of binocs. great area to let the whole family romp around for a while. There is some brush and small hills. this was an april fools cache but is now just a nother cache. NEWS FLASH!! THIS PARCEL OF LAND IS FEDERAL FOREST SEVICE LAND THAT IS TARGETED TO BE INCLUDED IN A SALE FROM PUBLIC. SEE RELATED GOV.SIGHT(click on "user's web page" below my name above) !! COMMENT PERIOD ENDS BEFORE MAY!! THIS PARCEL AND MORE ARE AGAIN IN JEPORDY FOR FY'08
