Geocache Description:

Hiawatha Blvd, City Of Syracuse

Ka Ne En Da

This is the site of a pre-colonial Iroquois village dating back to 1570-1620. Pottery and artifacts have been found here decorated with human faces. It is thought that this area was a major canoe launching point for the Iroquois, and was also used later on by white settlers as a trading post.

1. The first stage is a magnetic key box that contains the coords to the next stage.

2. The second stage you will find the answers to the two following questions;

When was the first ever barbecue held in Onondaga County?
Who hosted this event?
